liveurvision.com (the "Site") is operated by Communiteez Worldwide LLC, doing business as LIVE UR VISION / #LiveUrVision ("we," "us," "our"). Our store is hosted on Shopify. By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE — PLEASE READ
visionAri is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, personal trainer, nutritionist, financial advisor, or medical professional.
All content on this Site — including guides, ebooks, quizzes, posts, videos, emails, and live sessions — is based on personal experience, lived wisdom, and independent research. It is offered as philosophical and educational perspective only.
Nothing here is professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or nutritional advice. If you are dealing with a medical condition, mental health crisis, financial emergency, or anything that needs an expert, please see a licensed professional.

We try to describe products and show colors accurately, but screens differ and handcrafted items vary slightly. Prices can change at any time. We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion; if we cancel a paid order, we'll refund it.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE
When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable license for one person to use it. You may not share, resell, repost, upload, or redistribute any file, in whole or in part.

6. REFUNDS AND SHIPPING
Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these Terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including the Heart of Success logo, LUV iz, LIVE UR VISION, communiTEEZ, the ABCDE framework materials, text, graphics, designs, and videos — belongs to Communiteez Worldwide LLC. You may not copy, change, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing a link to our Site or a public post is always welcome.

8. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
If you join any LUV iz community, program, or live session, you agree to treat others with respect. We may remove anyone who harasses others, shares other members' private information, or disrupts the space, without a refund.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payments, email, and some products use outside services (like Shopify and our fulfillment partners). Their own terms apply to their services.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.

11. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will show the newest version. Using the Site after changes means you accept them.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
